Going dark for a few days

Literally. Or at least at home. I'm at work right now.

We lost power at home yesterday around 5:30 pm and last I heard, we probably won't have it back till Sunday night some time.

5 people, 1 small house, 0 internet/tv... who will survive *g*

Should be interesting.

ACK! You poor thing! It's hard to go without power. When it happened to us a few years ago we went to bed with the chickens and burned every candle in the house and grumped a lot. And ate out a lot.

Thankfully, we got power back earlier than expected, around 6:30 tonight.

I don't ever remember being without power for more than just a few hours, maybe 8 or so at the most. And I don't think it was ever out overnight. Was definitely interesting while it lasted.
